Effects of Interval Training Programs at Different Rest Levels on the Cardiorespiratory Endurance of Male Students in Lower Secondary Schools, Case Study at Banklongmuesai School.
Abstract:
This research was a quasi-experimental research. The objective was to study and compare the effects of Interval training programs at different rest levels on the cardiorespiratory Endurance of male students in lower secondary schools. The subject were 30 students by dividing group into 2 groups of 1 people using the sampling was conducted 8 weeks, 3 days per instrument. The research included 1) Running Training program 2) The endurance test of the aerobic energy system 3) The heart rate monitor. Analyzed statistical data by finding means and standard deviations, t-test Independent statistics, analyzed the variance of One-way ANOVA with repeated measures and tested for double differences by LSD (Least-Significant Different) method.
The results showed that
1. The mean of Interval Training Programs at different rest levels was found that before and after weeks 4 and 8 of the experimental group 1 were 40.10, 40.32 and 40.54 respectively, and in the experimental group 2 the mean values were 40.05, 40.14 and 40.34, respectively.
2. Effect of Interval Running Training at Different Rest Levels The results of the first and second experiments before and after weeks 4 and 8 were different and were tested individually by LSD method. And the second experimental group found that before and after week 8 and after week 4 and after week 8 were different.
3. Effect of Interval Running Training at Different Rest Levels Before and after, weeks 4 and 8 were not different between the first and second experiments.
