Abstract: การศึกษา การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจชุมชน มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อความยั่งยืนของ ธุรกิจชุมชน โดยผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการศึกษาฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ซึ่งปัจจุบันองค์ความรู้ของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านที่มีอยู่ได้มีการ จัดเก็บไว้เป็นหนังสือองค์ความรู้และภูมิปัญญาของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านอาจสูญหายไปตามกาลเวลา ต่อมาได้มีการพัฒนาให้มีการ จัดเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวไว้บนอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งเป็นการจัดเก็บที่ไม่สะดวกต่อการค้นหา ไม่มีการจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบ ซึ่งผู้ที่ ต้องการข้อมูลของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านไม่สะดวกในการเรียกใช้ข้อมูล ซึ่งการเก็บข้อมูลที่มีคุณค่าเหล่านี้ควรมีการจัดเก็บอย่างเป็น ระบบ มีการเรียกใช้ข้อมูลอย่างสะดวก เพื่อให้คนรุ่นหลังหรือรุ่นต่อไปได้นำไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อสร้างธุรกิจในชุมชนหรือท้องถิ่น ของตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนและมีประสิทธิภาพ และได้ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ สำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจชุมชน หลังจากนั้นจึงได้นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบ ระบบโดยใช้แผนผังการไหลของข้อมูล (Data Flow Diagram) เป็นเครื่องมือในการออกแบบระบบงาน เพื่อให้เห็นถึงภาพรวม ของระบบทั้งข้อมูลและขั้นตอนการทำงาน และแผนผังความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเอ็นทิตี้(ER-Diagram) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ในลักษณะ Web Application ซึ่งใช้ภาษา PHP เชื่อมต่อระบบฐานข้อมูล MySQL ที่สามารถใช้งานผ่าน Web Browser แบบ Online โดยภายในระบบมีการออกแบบดังนี้ การจัดการข้อมูล ผู้ใช้งานระบบ และการจัดการด้านข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า - ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานระบบ การตรวจสอบการใช้งานของผู้ใช้ระบบ และสามารถจัดการข้อมูล ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านได้ - ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านสามารถกรอกข้อมูลได้อย่างสะดวก ผู้ใช้เข้าใจระบบและสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลของตนเองได้ ซึ่งแสดงว่าการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจชุมชน สามารถสนับสนุนให้ข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้ถูกทดสอบหาประสิทธิภาพและ คุณภาพโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 10 คน ชาวบ้านตำบลรำแดง จำนวน 10 คน ชาวบ้านตำบลคลองแดน จำนวน 10 คน ใน จังหวัดสงขลา รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 30คน ในโดยทำการศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยทางสถิติ ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ผลการวิเคราะห์การศึกษาจากการทดสอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบที่มีต่อ ฐานข้อมูล จำนวน 30 ชุด พบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับด้านการตรงต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้ พบว่า ความสามารถของเว็บไซต์60 ส่วนการเข้าสู่ระบบ และความสามารถของเว็บไซต์ส่วนสมัครสมาชิกของผู้ใช้ ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดเท่ากัน (xˉ= 5.00) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับด้านการทำงานได้ตามเมนูของเว็บไซต์ พบว่า การป้องกันข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และระดับความ น่าเชื่อถือของเว็บไซต์ฐานข้อมูลปราชญ์ชาวบ้านในจังหวัดสงขลา ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดเท่ากัน (xˉ=4.67)

Abstract: This study on information system develop ment for managing local wisdom elite’s database for the sustainability of community businesses, aimed to explore and develop the database of local wisdom elites through the use of information system. The researchers studied the existing database of local wisdom elites and found that currently the body of knowledge of the local wisdom elites, which had been gathered and recorded in the form of books, may be lost with the passing of time. There have been some attempts to document those body of knowledge on the Internet, which is inconvenient for searching and stored unsystematically. Users who would like to search for the information of these local wisdom elites are unable to do. Such body of knowledge is invaluable and should be documented more systematically and in a way that is more convenient for retrieving so that later generations may be able to utilize it and build up sustainableand efficient community or local businesses. The researchershave also studied users’ needs related to the information system development for the database of local wisdom elites for the sustainability of community businesses. Then the results of the studies were analyzed in order to design the system by using data flow diagram as the system design tools in order to see the overall system, the work process and the ER diagram. The information system was developed in the form of web application which used PHP language connecting to the database system MySQL which could be used through online web browsers. The internal system was designed toaccommodateinformation management, system users, and management of local wisdom elite’s infor mation. The research findings are as follows: - The system administrators were able to manage system users’ information, to oversee the system usage by the users and to manage local wisdom elites’information. - The local wisdom elites were able to fill in the information conveniently. The users unders tood and wereable toedit the route information which meant that the development of the infor mation system was able to enhance the infor mation of local wisdom elites. This shows that the development of an information system for managing the database of villagers for the sustainability of the community business can support the villagers' information effectively. The developed system was tested for efficacy and quality by a sample group of 10 people, 10 villagers in Tambol Rum Daeng, 10 people in Khlong Dan Sub-district, in Songkhla Province. A total of 30 people were studied in the first semester of the 2015 academic year and used a questionnaire to collect data and analyze the data by statistical data. The data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of studies from 30 sets of questionnaires on the system user's satisfaction with databases were found satisfaction on the effectiveness of the website, the login part, 61 and the ability of the user subscription site with the average scores of 5.00 (xˉ = 5.00). Functionality comments, according to the website menu, were found to prevent potential errors. And the level of reliability of the website of the folk scholar’s database in Songkhla Province was equally satisfied with the average scores of 4.67 (xˉ = 4.67).
