Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to examine opinions of members towards the
management of Bang Hak saving group for production in Amphoe Phan Thong, Chon Buri
Province and to compare the level of opinions among these group members as classified by
gender, age, educational level, amount of monthly income, and length of membership. The data
were collected from 110 members of Bang Hak saving group for production who were requested
to complete a questionnaire of which the level of reliability was at .96. The statistical tests used to
analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple
classification analysis.
The results of the study revealed that the group members expressed their opinions
towards the management of Bang Hak saving group for production at a very good level. When
considering each aspects of management, the one in relation to virtue and merit of management
was rated at the highest level, followed by the aspects of working committee, administrative
management, financial administration, service administration, and place & material resources,
respectively. Also, based on the comparisons of group members opinions towards the
management of Bang Hak saving group for production, there were statistical significant
differences in the level of opinions among the group members who had different age and the level
of highest education at a significant level of .01.
