Abstract:
The aims of this research were: 1) to study the risk management levels of private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office 2) to compare the risk management of private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office classified by schools size and teachers working experience. The sample groups were directors, managers, and teachers, academic year 2562 in private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office. The 259 samples were sampled from teacher population by using determining sample of Krejecie and Morgan (1970:607-610) and simple random sampling with drawing lots using the school size for classifying sampling. The data collecting instrument was questionnaire according to Likert Ration 5 Scales and the reliability was 0.97. The data was analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical hypothesis testing was One way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA. And least significant difference method of Scheffe was used when found the difference. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) The risk management of private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office in overall was rated at the high level 2) The comparing result of the risk management of private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office classified in all by the schools size, statistical significance difference was 0.05. 3) The comparing result of the risk management of private kindergarten schools in Nan province under Nan Provincial Educational Office classified in all by the teachers working experience, statistical significance difference was 0.05
