Abstract:
The objectives of this study are: 1) to study level of factors in the Word-Class Standard School School under of secondary educational office, Area 36 2) to study level of Effectiveness of Word-Class Standard School under of secondary educational office, Area 36 3) to study the factor affected to the effectiveness of Word-Class Standard School under of secondary educational office, Area 36. Research sample including school administrators and secondary school teachers in the 1st generation Word-Class Standard School of Chiang Rai under of secondary educational office, Area 36. The 250 samples were selected on the basis of determining sample size for research activities by Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument was 5 point rating scale questionnaire. The index of consistency ranged between 0.50 to 1.00 and the index of reliability was at 0.98 The statistic used in this research was the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results found that 1) The overall level of factors in the Word-Class Standard School School under of secondary educational office, Area 36 was at a high level. 2) The overall level of Effectiveness of Word-Class Standard School under of secondary educational office , Area 36 was at a high level. 3) The factor affected to the effectiveness of Word-Class Standard School under of secondary educational office, Area 36 including operations, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce, leadership could be predicted 71. 20% with statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Predictive equations can be created in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows Y = 0.839 + 0.290(x6) + 0.131(x4) + 0.180(x5) + 0.188(x1) Z = 0.366(x6) + 0.240(x4) + 0.211(x5) + 0.170(x1)
