Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมรายบุคคลเพื่อการดูแลตนเองสำหรับผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความรู้ เรื่อง การดูแลตนเองของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ จาการทดสอบก่อนและหลังฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมรายบุคคลเพื่อการดูแลตนเอง สำหรับผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมรายบุคคลเพื่อการดูแลตนเอง สำหรับ ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ โรงพยาบาลบ้านโพธิ์ อำเภอบ้านโพธิ์ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 212 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อ เอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลบ้านโพธิ์ จำนวน 30 คน หลังจากนั้น ให้ผู้เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ทำแบบทดสอบและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ชุดฝึกอบรมรายบุคคลเพื่อการดูแลตนเอง สำหรับผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 95.42/ 93.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90ที่ตั้งไว้ 2) คะแนนหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าคะแนนก่อนการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์ ที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับพอใจมากที่สุด

Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to develop individual training package: on how to take care of HIV infected patients to meet efficiency criteriaaccording to the 90/ 90 standard, 2) To compare pretest and post-test scores of knowledge skills after using individual training package on how to take care of HIV infected patients, and 3) To study the satisfaction of HIV infected patients who come to receive treatment at Ban Pho Hospital Chachoengsao. The population used in this research were 212 of HIV infected patients who come to receive treatment at Ban Pho Hospital Chachoengsao. The sample group consisted of 30 of HIV infected patients who come to receive treatment at Ban Pho Hospital Chachoengsao. The person of HIV infected patients operator doing the test and the satisfaction questionnaire created by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, efficiency of training package according to the 90/ 90 standard. The results indicated that 1) the efficiency of the developed individual training package: on how to take care of HIV infected patients was at 95.42/ 93.33 according to the 90/ 90 standard criteria set, 2) The post-test scores using the individual training package on how to take care of HIV infected patients was higher than pretest with significance level of .05, 3) the HIV infected patients who come to receive treatment at Ban Pho Hospital Chachoengsao was satisfied at the highest level
