Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน รายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่อง การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML 1) เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานรายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่องการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ E1/ E2 เท่ากับ 80/ 80 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผล (E.I.) ของบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานรายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่องการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานรายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่องการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ กรุงเทพมหานคร ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster sampling) มีจำนวน 1 ห้อง 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1) บทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน 2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน รายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่อง การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML ที่สร้างขึ้นโดยใช้เกณฑ์ E1/ E2 เท่ากับ 80/ 80 มีค่าเท่ากับ 83.21/ 82.89 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ดัชนีประสิทธิผล (E.I.) ของบทเรียนออนไลน์มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.6351 และนักเรียนที่เรียนจากบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน รายวิชาการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ เรื่อง การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยภาษา HTML มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.59 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.53

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop an online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development in the aspects as follow; 1) to develop an online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development to meet the efficiency standard of E1/ E2 at 80/ 80, 2) to study the Effectiveness Index (E.I.) of the online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development, 3) to study the students’ satisfaction towards the online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development. The research sample was Matthayom 3 students of Treamudomsuksapattanakarn, Bangkok. They were studying in the 1st semester of the academic year 2019. The research sample was selected by cluster sampling. There are 30 students from 1 class. The research instruments were 1) the online lesson using project based learning 2) pre-test and post-test 3) the questionnaire on the students’ satisfaction towards the the online lesson. The statistics used in this research were mean (X), percentage, and standard deviation (SD). The research about the development of an online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development that the researcher created found that when using the standard E1/ E2 was at 80/ 80. It was equal to 83.21/ 82.89. It meet the standard. The Effectiveness Index (E.I.) of the online lesson was at 0.6351. The satisfaction of students who learned from the online lesson using project based learning for website development course on HTML website development was at the highest level. The average was at 4.59. The standard deviation was at 0.53
