Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to study 1) the organizational health and 2) the development organizational health of Rajaprajanugroh 15 ( Wiangkaosaenpu Wittayaprasat School) . The sample consisted of 118 informants; school director, 67 government teachers, government employee, 26 contract teachers, and 23 educational personnel in Rajaprajanugroh 15 ( Wiangkaosaenpu Wittayaprasat School) . The experimental instruments consisted of a 5 level rating scale questionnaire and the interview form. The content validity range was from 0.671.00 and the reliability (α) ranged in value were 0.99. Statistical analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) In general, the organizational health of Rajaprajanugroh 15 (Wiangkaosaenpu Wittayaprasat School) is very strong. In order from high to low, as follows: school director, teachers, and school respectively. 2). The processes for the organizational health development of Rajaprajanugroh 15 (Wiangkaosaenpu Wittayaprasat School) as following; school should promote teaching and learning about trade, investment, transportation logistics, and sustainable culture learning. School director should encourage teachers and learners to be leaders of learning and develop the participation system. Teachers and educational personnel should be trained to develop teachers' potential for appropriate learning management in the 21st century and teachers and educational personnel should be grouped for interested in self-development and organizes PLC for teachers continuously.
