Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the level of satisfaction of customers who used the service of the Phon Thong Electric Service Center, Champasak Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic and to compare the difference of the average by personal factors. The twenty-three-question questionnaire was developed to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. It was then used to collect information from 275 customers who used the service of the electricity service center. The collected data were then analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Test and t-test F-test. The findings suggested that the satisfaction level of customers who used the service of the questionnaire of electricity service center Phon Thong District, Champasak Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic. There was a high level of average in both the overall and each aspect, including the significant differences found at the .05 level. Classified by gender and educational level, the research result was to emphasize the intention of the service of government officials and the expression of friendliness, punctuality, to important points, the fixing and service fees that were more clear.
