Abstract:
The objective of this research is to studyService Quality on Car Registration Vehicle Protection Division. The study of mean and mean different on opinion of the car registration customer and car registration vehicle protection divisionChampasak province, Lao Peoples Democratic Republic. The 330 respondents were collected and analyzed through frequency, percentage, means and means different of t-test and F-test. The result shows that the mean of opinion of car registration customer in Champasak province, Lao Peoples Democratic Republic is high level for all components. The comparative of mean different is significantly different at .05 separate by sex, age, education, career, monthly income and the number of car registration. Therefore, this result might be used for formulating knowledge development and skill of car registration officers.
