Abstract: การวิจัย เรื่องผลกระทบของนโยบายจัดซื้อที่มีผลต่อความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์กรณีศึกษาผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนตข์องบริษัท ABC จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์และผลกระทบที่ได้รับจากนโยบายจัดซื้อจากบริษัท ABC จำกัด ทิศทางในการปรับตัวของผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์การรับมือกับผลกระทบจากนโยบายจัดซื้อที่ทางบริษัท ABC จำกัด และแนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์กรของผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ให้มีความยั่งยืน สภาพปัจจุบันของผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์และผลกระทบที่ได้รับจากนโยบายจัดซื้อจากบริษัท ABC จำกัด จากผลกระทบจากการประกาศใช้เกี่ยวกับนโยบายจัดซื้อของบริษัท ABC จำกัด ได้แก่ นโยบายการกำหนดโครงสร้างราคาของชิ้นงาน มีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับทางผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ทางด้านผลกำไรที่ไม่สามารถเป็นผู้กำหนดเองได้นโยบายการกำหนดส่วนลดทางการค้า (Cost reduction) ของเดือนมีนาคมทุก ๆ ปีจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนมากให้ความคิดเห็นว่า เหมาะสม เพราะสามารถนำมาวางแผนการดำเนินงานและนโยบายการลดราคา ค่าเชื่อมชิ้นงานลงจากการสัมภาษณ์ให้ความคิดเห็นในทิศทางเดียวกัน คือ มีผลกระทบอย่างมาก แนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรของผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ให้มีความยั่งยืน คือ การวางแผนอนาคตให้กับพนักงาน เพื่อให้เห็นว่าในอนาคตเขาจะได้อะไรจากการทำงาน มีการพัฒนาอะไรบ้างที่เขาจะได้รับและกระตุ้นจิตสำนึกให้เขารักองค์กร

Abstract: The research entitled “The Effect of Purchasing Policy on Automotive Supplier Sustainability in Case Study of ABC Company’s Automotive Part Supplier” aimed to study the current condition of the automotive parts supplier, the effect of ABC Company’s procurement policy, direction of the development of a sustainable automotive part supplier organization, how to cope with the impact of ABC's procurement policy, and the approach to develop a sustainable automotive part supplier organization. To the current situation of automotive parts suppliers and the effect of ABC's procurement policy, pricing policy of the workpiece had a direct effect on the supplier of the automotive parts in term of profit which they could not determine by themselves. In addition, there was also the cost reduction policy of March every year. From the interview, most of the respondents commented that it was appropriate because it could be implemented as a plan. From the interview, everybody agreed that the price reduction policy for welding work had much effect on the business. The way to develop the organization of the automotive parts supplier was to provide a sustainable future plan for the employees so that they could see what they would gain from their work in the future and how they would be developed. They should also be motivated to have organization awareness
