Abstract:
This study was a quantitative research whose objective was to study factors affecting the Japaneses intent to rent a home condominium in the business area of Sriracha District. The sample consisted of 385 Japanese migrants employed in the business area of Sriracha District. Statistics used in Data analysis were t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that the majority of respondents were male Japanese people who were 36-45 years old. For their career, they were company employees whose title was chief. Their average monthly income was more than 100,000 baht and there were two members living in the family. For their lifestyle, most Japanese respondents frequent active activity was sports. Their interest was travelling to the major natural sites of Thailand. For the opinion on living in Thailand, they preferred using the service in the stores and the restaurants where the staff could provide information in Japanese. For the marketing mix (4C), consumers demand and needs had positive effect on the Japaneses intent to rent condo home annually at the statistical significance level of .05. Consumer's cost to satisfy negatively affected the Japaneses intent to rent a home condominium in Sriracha District at the statistical significance level of 0.5
