Factors that affect the satisfaction of using the service in the accommodation recommendation system live online of a 4-5 star hotel in pattaya, Chonburi province of the Asean people
Abstract:
This research objectives were 1) to study and analyze the factors that affected the satisfaction of the ASEAN peoples using the service in the online accommodation system of 4-5 star hotels in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, and 2) to suggest ways to improve the quality of service of 4-5 star hotel from users feedback via online system. The sample group used in the research was the service users who were tourists from 10 ASEAN countries. In fact, the information was from the feedback from the www.tripadvisor.com website, booking hotels through the online system, and then the data were analyzed by the qualitative process such as data grouping and data subgrouping. In addition, quantitative data were analyzed. The research findings were as follows: 1. From the analysis of factors affecting the satisfaction of Asean peoples using the online accommodation recommendation system of 4-5 star hotel in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, it was found that they were satisfied with the hotels on their product, price, distribution channel, promotion, personnel, physical environment, and process 2. For the guidelines to improve the quality and service of 4-5 star hotels, users gave feedback via the online system, and they suggested that the hotels should thoroughly promote public relations or advertising and provide method or promotion to make customers impressed with the service.
