The Relationship Between Roles of School Administrators and Their Performances Regarding to The National Scheme Education B.E. 2560-2579 (2017-2036) of Schools Under Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the role of school administrators and to study the performance regarding to the National Scheme Educational B.E.2560-2579 and to study the relationship between role of school administrators and their performances regarding to the National Scheme Educational B.E.2560-2579 of school urder Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area, Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The participants of this study were is participants involving with school administrators and teachers from 8 schools urder Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The reliability Confidence coefficient was calculated by alpha coefficient O.96. The statistics used in this study were mean, percentage and standard deviation. and pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that 1) the role of school administrators of school urder Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area, Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was overall in a high level, 2) the performance of school urder Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area regarding to the National Scheme Educational B.E.2560-2579 was overall in a high level, and 3) the the relationship between role of school administrators and their performances regarding to the National Scheme Educational B.E.2560-2579 of school urder Maeprik-Sritoi Educational Network Service Area, Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2 had positive relationship at the high level statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
