After-sales service quality in paint industry case study Valspar Thailand Company in Heavy Machine Business
Abstract:
This study aims to determine The Valspar Thailand service quality and
satisfaction factors of after sales service in heavy machine coating customers in
Thailand. INDSERV dimension with qualitative approach was applied in order to
know the feedback to improve and maintain customer satisfaction in their service.
This study explores from eight existing customers which selection of one paint
engineer and one paint line managers from each customer to obtain an understanding
of how service quality is perceived from Valspar Thailand company. The result was
found that for the potential quality all respondents agree with service quality that The
Valspar representative on easy to contact both sales and technical service. That is the
strongest point for service quality. For hard process quality can observed that, all
respondents totally agree with service quality from The Valspar for 3 themes are
understand customer need and give the right answer to customer, provide training
service with certificate and Keep stock to supply customer as agreement without paint
shortage. For soft process quality can observed that, almost the respondents agree
with service from the Valspar on fast response when found problem and try to solve.
For output quality can observed that, all respondents totally agree with service quality
that product and service enhances customers image.
