Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the production technology acceptance and problems/obstacles of good manufacturing practice of OTOP in Bangkok. The samples were 54 leaders of OTOP in Bangkok. The research instruments were questionnaires. The data analysis methods were percentage, arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation, and T-test. The results of the study were as follows: The production technology acceptance of OTOP leaders in Bangkok ranked in terms of Plant Location and Establishment , Personal Hygiene, Processing Control, Maintenance and Cleaning, Instrument and Machine in Process, and Sanitation respectively. The level of all problems and obstacles in this research were moderate. The problems and obstacles were Plant Location and Establishment, the Processing Control, Sanitation, Instrument and Machine in Process, Maintenance and Cleaning and Personal Hygiene respectively. The result of level comparison of all problems and obstacles of Good Manufacturing Practice of OTOP in Bangkok by business group showed significant difference level at 0.05 in Plant Location and Establishment, Processing Control, Instrument and Machine in Process, Maintenance and Cleaning, Personal Hygiene respectively while there was no difference in Sanitation.
