Abstract:
The objectives of this assessment are 1) to study the learning condition and problems resources management to support Ban Jead Community Schools learning management in the 21st century. 2) To develop learning resources to support Ban Jead Community Schools learning management in the 21st century. The population and sample in the study were 15 co-authors, 50 contributors, which were obtained by a randomized. Randomized method process procedures for conducting research using the Kemmis and Mctaggart (1988) conceptual. Research process, including for four steps: Step 1: Planning, Step 2 : Operation, Step 3 : Observation, Step 4 : Reflection. Apparatus used in Data were collected including observation, record form, interview, questionnaire, data analysis. Quality development analysis implementation use content analysis methods and using basic statistics such as percentage, average and standard deviation
The results of the research showed that 1) there was a learning center organized to facilitate learning management, but still not effective lack of care and lack of media and equipment less traffic statistics. The classroom or learning environment is not clean. Not enough light. Materials and equipment in the room are damage. Supervision labels are not current. As for the learning resources, academic support responsible teachers do not pay attention. Some equipment materials are damaged. Lack of good management both are personal and budget. Including funding educational resources. Lack of participation of communities and all sectors. Teachers do not have time to take full responsibility for resources. Lack of publicity organizing promotional activities to encourage students to use discrete learning resources. Teachers stick to traditional learning management. 2) Organizing learning resources for both academic and academic support and the satisfaction of the users of the learning center services in the first cycle, it was found that after the development of the most developed learning resources satisfaction level is at a high level. In order of 1 to 3, namely library, Buddhist room, computer laboratory, Science laboratory, Music study room and herb garden. The researcher and co-researcher meeting together resolved to implement the new development in the second cycle using the development approach, namely the workshop and develop by engaging students in every stage of development coupled with internal supervision. After the development of the second cycle, it was found that all learning resources have been developed. Which compared the satisfaction of the group of informants assess the level of satisfaction of the users of the said learning resource between Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 in the whole, there was a 21.80 percent improvement.
