Abstract:
This research is conducted with the objective to find the causal relationship model of brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity by using the empirical data. The result of the study is used to check the validity between the model of casual relationship of factors that affect a brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity and the empirical data. Moreover, it is used to suggest the model of casual relationship of factors that affect a brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity. The researcher had processed this research into two stages. Firstly, it concerns about creating the casual relationship model of factors that affect a brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity. Secondly, it is about the validity checking between the model of casual relationship of factors that affect a brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity and the empirical data.
The sample group is consumers in Bangkok and vicinity that have come from Quota Sampling. The number of people using the tools in 350, the collected information is an online questionnaire that is certainty equivalent to 0.958, and statistics based on frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, analysis of the correlation coefficient Pearson, factor analysis, and Path Analysis to determine the causal relationship with structural equation modeling. By using the Social Science program.
The results of the study revealed that the model of casual relationship of factors that affect a brand love via social media of consumers in Bangkok and vicinity consists of four factors including the brand authenticity, the impression in memory, the lifestyle congruence and the brand love. Each factor has affected the brand love.
