Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) The Study of Types on Team Work of Supporting Staff at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. 2) The Study of Attitude on Team Work of Supporting Staff in King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok and 3) Study the relationship between Types and Attitude on Team Work of Supporting Staff in King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. The 190 samples were obtained by Stratified random sampling from faculties / office of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire (Consistency between questions and definitions 0.6 1.00. The reliability of the questionnaire Types on Team Work of Support Staff = .90 and Attitude on Team Work of Support Staff = .88) the data analyze by mean, standard deviation, and pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1) Types on Team Work of Supporting Staff, the most prominent aspect was Task Teams, followed by Decision Teams and Self-Directed Teams respectively. 2) Attitude on Team Work of Supporting Staff, The aspect with the highest scores was Behavior, followed by Cognition and Feelings and Emotions respectively and 3) Self-Directed Teams correlation Attitude on Teams Correlated with Feelings and emotions which the correlation coefficient is at higher level of .669
