Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาวการณ์มีงานทำ และเพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของบัณฑิต ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติของบัณฑิตผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2554-2555 ทั้งภาคการจัดการศึกษาปกติ ภาคการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อปวงชนสำหรับบุคลากรประจำการ (ภาค กศ.บป.) และภาคการจัดการศึกษาโครงการพิเศษ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ใช้วิธีเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น (Non probability sampling) ในรูปแบบการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น แล้วนำไปใช้เก็บข้อมูลกับบัณฑิต ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) ในการอธิบายและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ตารางแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency distribution) อัตราส่วนร้อยละ (Percentage distribution) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Arithmetic average) หรือค่าตัวกลาง (Mean) x ̅ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Measure of standard deviation : S.D.) โดยมีบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษารวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 556 คน ซึ่งมารายงานตัวเพื่อรับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตร ระหว่างวันที่ 2-3 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2556 ณ หอประชุม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาได้ทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 264 คน (ร้อยละ 47.48) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ส่วนมากเป็นบัณฑิตผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากภาคจัดการศึกษาโครงการพิเศษ จำนวน 141 คน (ร้อยละ 53.41) จากหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ (การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น) จำนวน 119 คน (ร้อยละ 45.10) โดยมีงานทำแล้วจำนวน 196 คน (ร้อยละ 72.73) ทำงานข้าราชการ/เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานของรัฐ จำนวน 121 คน (ร้อยละ 59.90) มีรายได้ต่อเดือนระหว่าง 6,000 – 9,000 บาท จำนวน 76 คน (ร้อยละ 37.60) และมีความพึงพอใจต่องานที่ทำจำนวน 175 คน (ร้อยละ 86.63) ได้งานทำภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี หลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 75 คน (ร้อยละ 85.23) โดยในกลุ่มที่ยังไม่มีงานทำเกิดจากยังไม่ประสงค์ที่จะทำงาน จำนวน 24 คน (ร้อยละ 38.71) ในการศึกษาต่อหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษานั้น บัณฑิตไม่ต้องการศึกษาต่อ จำนวน 141 คน (ร้อยละ 53.41) ส่วนในกลุ่มบัณฑิตที่ต้องการศึกษาต่อ ต้องการศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท จำนวน 113 คน (ร้อยละ 91.87) โดยต้องการศึกษาต่อในสาขาวิชาเดิม จำนวน 88 คน (ร้อยละ 71.54) ระดับความพึงพอใจในคุณภาพของบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.32) เมื่อพิจารณามาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาจำนวน 7 ด้าน ในแต่ละด้านพบว่าด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x ̅ = 4.66) ด้านคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตตามวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x ̅ = 4.56) ด้านคุณลักษณะของมหาวิทยาลัย อยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.44) ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และความรับผิดชอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.40) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา อยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.14) ด้านความรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.04) และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 3.80) The purpose of this research was to study an employment status and Attributes of Graduated students according to the National Qualifications Framework for higher Education of the 2011-2012 Academic year, graduated students with a Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Surindra Rajabhat, consisted of regular program of study, public servant program of study (P.P.S.) and special program of study The research was the survey research by Accidental sampling form of Non probability sampling. Research during the period of 2 and 3 May 2013 at Surindra Rajabhat University Aditorium. Survey questionnaire 5 rating scales as the main research equipment with a check list. The analyzing statistic was percentages, mean and Standard deviation. The Survey questionnaire was replied by 264 respondents (47.48% of 556 graduates) The results of this research was found out that the most of respondents had been graduated from special program of study, the number was 141 persons (53.41%) with a with a Bachelor of public Administration in the field of politics and governments, the number was 119 persons (45.10%). In the case of Employment status, the number of employment was 196 persons (72.73%), in the number of the government sector employees was 121 persons (59.90%), their salary earned range between 6,000 – 9,000 Bath in the number was 76 persons (37.60%), the number of 175 persons (86.63%) of the employees had a satisfaction of employment, by 75 persons (85.2%) had gotten a job within 1 year after graduated. The number of 24 un employees (38.71%), they did not wish to work. For a post-Bachelor’s degree the opportunity, they did not considered to study in a post-Bachelor’s degree, the number of graduated who wished to study a post- Bachelor’s degree was 113 persons (91.87%) with the same field of study, the number was 88 persons (71.54%) In the case of a satisfaction of Attributes of Graduated students according according to the National Qualifications Framework for higher education, there was an overall average of 7 parts of the attributes of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education in Higher level (x ̅ = 4.32), divided to part 1 An average in term of Ethical and Moral Development in Much higher level (x ̅ = 4.66), part 7 an average in term of identity of working graduate qualifications in Much higher level (x ̅ = 4.56), part 6 an average in term of graduate qualifications of University identities in higher level (x ̅ = 4.44), part 4 an average in term of interpersonal skills and responsibility in higher level (x ̅ = 4.40), part 3 an average in term of cognitive skills in higher level (x ̅ = 4.14), part 2 an average in term of knowledge in higher level (x ̅ = 4.04), part 5 an average in term of analytical and communication skills in higher level (x ̅ = 4.80).
