Abstract:
The study entitled the specified standard indicators of relationship marketing for business enterprises moving toward Thailand 4.0. The research objectives were to study: (1) the fundamental characteristics of business enterprises moving toward Thailand 4.0; (2) the degree of opinions of marketing executives or responsible executives for the relationship marketing toward Thailand 4.0; (3) the development and validity checking relationship marketing of business enterprises moving toward Thailand 4.0; and (4) to setup marketing standard indicators for business enterprises moving toward Thailand 4.0.
The research tool used was a questionnaire, which was collected from 660 registered business enterprises in the stock exchange of Thailand. The statistical analyses used SPSS software version 16.0 and Amos version 6.0. The statistical values of frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the secondary order confirmatory factor analysis were analyzed for the research conclusion.
The research found that the sampling unit of business enterprises overall builded relationship marketing averaging at the high level ( = 3.75), which relationship marketing at the high levels in creative potentiality, enterprising market communication, imaged enterprise and societal responsibility, marketing ethics, personnel management, business performance and business success, services and business brand respectively. The relationship marketing specified standard indicators of business enterprises moving toward Thailand 4.0 that developed had convergent validity because constructed validity valued passed more than 0.60 and extract validity of constructed reliability valued passed more than 0.50 as well including the developed indicators to setup relationship marketing considered from total net marks which were divided into 5 levels; not passing standard (1 star) (<50%); below standard (2 stars) (≥50-59%); standard (3 stars) (≥60-69%); good (4 stars) (≥70-89%) and excellent (5 stars) (≥90-100%).
