Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) หาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียวิชาพื้นฐานงาน ประดิษฐ์ เรื่องดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์สำหรับนักเรียนสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเสาวภา 2)ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียวิชาพื้นฐานงานประดิษฐ์ เรื่องดอกไม้ ประดิษฐ์สำหรับนักเรียนสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเสาวภา และ 3) ประเมินความ เหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียวิชาพื้นฐานงานประดิษฐ์ เรื่องดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์สำหรับนักเรียนสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเสาวภา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนสาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ ระดับ ปวช. ชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเสาวภา จำนวน 19 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สื่อมัลติมีเดีย แบบทดสอบทางการเรียน แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ E1/E2ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีผลการประเมินระหว่างเรียน มีค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.68 และผลการประเมินหลังเรียน มีค่าประสิทธิภาพเป็น 85.74 แสดงว่าสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียมีค่า ประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 2) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียวิชาพื้นฐานงานประดิษฐ์ เรื่องดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์ดังนี้ 2.1) การประดิษฐ์ดอกกุหลาบจากกระดาษสา นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย รองลงมาคือ ด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากสื่อ และน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านเนื้อหา 2.2)การประดิษฐ์ดอกมะลิจากกระดาษทิชชู นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากสื่อ รองลงมาคือด้านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย และน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านเนื้อหา และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของสื่อการสอนมัลติมีเดียวิชาพื้นฐานงานประดิษฐ์ เรื่องดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์ โดยรวม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และมีความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: The purposes of this research are : 1) effectiveness of teaching of multimedia teaching materials, Basic Subjects, Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational,2) a study of student is satisfaction with teaching of multimedia teaching materials, Basic Subjects, Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational, and 3) the assessing is possibility and the usefulness of the medium of teaching of multimedia teaching materials, Basic Subjects, Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational. The population of the study is that students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational 1st year about 19. The instruments used in this research include multimedia,learning assessment tests and questionnaires. The statistics used in this study include E1 / E2 average and the standard deviation. The research found that as follows: 1) students were evaluating during the study a performance fee equal to 80.68 and the assessment report. The performance was 85.74, indicating that the medium of instruction, multimedia performance was in accordance with the specified criteria. 2) Student satisfaction with teaching the basics of multimedia creation,The flowers were ; 2.1) the invention of paper roses student was satisfacting the high level.The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The media was inferior to the benefits they were receiving from the media and the minimum content. 2.2) Artificial flowers from tissue paper,student has been satisfacting the high level the first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The benefits were receiving by the media, followed by the media, minimum and content and 3) the assessing possibility and the benefits of will have been learning the basics of multimedia creation. The Artificial Flowers Overall, were experts opine that appropriate possibility and helpful the high level.
