Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the components of organizational culture that led to being a high performance organization of Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan Nakhonpathom Province by using Q-Methodology method which is a combination of statistical techniques both qualitative and quantitative, sample of this research is Executives, department managers and department heads, who have knowledge and understanding and influence in decision-making management in a total of 50 people. The research instruments were divided into 2 parts: 1) An in-depth interview form used for 13 high level executives and department managers, which is saturated data to use in developing Q sorts.2) Questionnaire, Q sorts and comments from all 3 levels as a way to prioritize and comment the most agreed and most disagreed in the selected Q sorts. And the in-depth interview process using descriptive data analysis, Q sorts questionnaire using statistical analysis such as frequency, percentage, survey component analysis, data suitability measurement (KMO and Bartlett's test), and Content analysis.
The results showed that the components of organizational culture that led to being a high-performance organization of Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan from in-depth interviews analyzed the 34Qsorts extracted from in-depth interview 34 messages, classified into 12 components, which are 1) Self-development to high performance organizations 2) Compensation from teamwork3) Competency of personnel4) Good governance 5) Personnel participation 6)Personnel pursuing learning for success 7) Support from the organization 8) Support career path growth 9) Participation of personnel Management 10) Corporate vision 11) Promoting creativity 12) Systematic operation Which the results of this study It will be useful in promoting the creation and instilling of the organizational culture of Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan in order to improve the organization to become a high-performance organization according to the organization's goals and policies
