Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) การศึกษาภูมิปัญญาผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยใช้วิธีการสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต และสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษา ภูมปัญญาผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ได้รับความรู้จากบรรพบุรุษซึ่งถ่ายทอดให้กับคนในครอบครัวโดยเฉพาะผู้หญิง ลักษณะการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาเป็นแบบตัวต่อตัวสาธิตให้ดูก่อนและลงมือปฏิบัติจริงจากรุ่นสู่รุ่นโดยการพูดคุย สนทนาและซักถามในกรณีที่มีข้อสงสัยเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ และปฏิบัติได้ตามขั้นตอนของการทอผ้า การย้อมสี และการทอผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์และปฏิบัติได้ตาม ส่วนแนวทางการสืบทอดภูมปัญญาผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ปลูกฝังให้เด็กและเยาวชนได้เรียนรู้เห็นถึงแก่นสาระ ความสำคัญ ประโยชน์ และตระหนักถึงคุณค่าภูมปัญญาบรรพบุรุษเพื่อให้คงอยู่ คู่กับท้องถิ่น เปิดโอกาสให้บุคคลทั่วไปมีความสนใจได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาศึกษาหาความรู้ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดเป็นอาชีพหลักและอาชีพเสริม อีกทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐควรเข้ามามีบทบาทในการช่วยเหลือ พัฒนาอนุรักษ์ ส่งเสริมเรื่องการเผยแพร่ภูมปัญญาผ้าทอมือหัวซิ่นชาวกูย จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ซึ่งเป็นการกระตุ้นให้ชุมชนเกิดความรักความหวงแหนและภาคภูมิใจในภูมิปัญญาของบรรพบุรุษอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาให้คงอยู่ต่อไป The objectives of this qualitative study were: 1) to study the wisdom related to Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth of kui people in Surin province; and 2) to provide guidelines for the inheritance of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth. Data were collected through survey, interview, observation, and focused-group discussion. The study found that the wisdom of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth has been inherited from ancestors to members of a family. Normally, the fore-mentioned wisdom has been especially transferred to women. Normally, the wisdom of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth is usually a face teaching from generation to generation by demonstrating, practicing, discussing, and questioning for a clear understanding about weaving and dyeing steps. According to guidelines for the inheritance of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth of Kui people, it is recommended to cultivate the children and youth about the importance and benefits of the ancestral wisdom in order to conserve this valuable wisdom to come into existence with the local. General people should have an opportunity to learn about Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth as a promotional guideline for weaving a Hua-Sin cloth as a promotional guideline for weaving a Hua-Sin cloth as a main occupation or a supplementary occupation. Finally, state agencies should have a role to support, develop, and conserve the wisdom of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth of Kui people in Surin in order to encourage the community’s love and pride in the ancestral wisdom. As a result, the wisdom of Hua-Sin hand weaving cloth of Kui people will be conserved, developed, and existed continuously.
