Abstract: การวิจัย เรื่องสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 รวมทั้งเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 288 คน ได้จากการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกน ตัวแปรต้น ได้แก่ ขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีแอลเอสดี และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 บริหารงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.06; S.D. = 0.19) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด จำนวน 1 ด้าน และอยู่ในระดับมาก จำนวน 9 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรกดังนี้ การจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ โภชนาการและอาหารที่ปลอดภัย และการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางสังคม 2. โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ประสบปัญหาในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับน้อย (x ̅ = 1.59; S.D. = 0.07) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด จำนวน 4 ข้อ และอยู่ในระดับน้อยจำนวน 6 ข้อ โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรกดังนี้ การออกกำลังกาย กีฬาและนันทนาการ สุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 3. สภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ กลาง เล็กในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ของโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ กลาง เล็ก ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน The Purpose of this research is to study were comparison of state and problems of the administration of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3 including studying the administration of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3. The samples of this research were principals, teachers responsible for the projects of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3 in the year of 2016 of 288 people. The sample was determined by the year of 2016 of 288 people. The sample was determined by the opening of the tables of Crazy and Morgan. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire with a consistency index of 1.00. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.98. Statistics used for data analysis include mean and standard deviation. One-way analysis of variance when the difference was found, it was tested LSD and content analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1. The administration of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3 at a high level (x ̅ = 4.06; S.D. = 0.19). When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest levels were level 1 and level 9, ranging from the everage to the lowest. In order from the top three to the least are: the school environment conducive to health, nutrition and food safety, counseling and social support. 2. Health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3 overall face problem in administrating health promoting school at a low level (x ̅ = 1.59; S.D. = 0.07). When considering each item, it was found that the lowest level of 4 items and the lowest level of 6 items, ranging from the average to the lowest, in order from the top three to the least: exercise, sports and recreation, health education, and health promotion in school personal. 3. The administration of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3, overall there were statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 4. The administration of health promoting schools under the office of Surin primary educational service area 3 of the large, medium and small schools, overall are not different.
