Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมชุมชนกับคุณภาพการศึกษา กรณีศึกษาสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ รวมถึงเพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยการพัฒนาแบบสอบถามจำนวน 21 ข้อขึ้นมาจากการวิเคราะห์งานวิจัยภายในประเทศแล้วนำไปเก็บข้อมูลจากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่โดยรอบวิทยาลัยจำนวน 348 คนมาวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยแบบ t-test และ F-test การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ Pearson ผลวิจัยพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมชุมชนกับคุณภาพการศึกษามีทิศทางไปในทางเดียวกันเชิงบวกระดับมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 รวมถึงมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งตัวแปรหลักและตัวแปรรายด้าน ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันของค่าเฉลี่ยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนที่มีต่อคุณภาพสถานศึกษา แต่อย่างไรก็ตามการกำหนดแนวปฏิบัติ ขอบเขตการมีส่วนร่วม กลไก และวิธีการช่วยให้การมีส่วนร่วมชองชุมชนมีผลในทางปฏิบัติงานของวิทยาลัยทั้งทางตรง และทางอ้อม

Abstract: The objective of this research is to investigate on characteristic and the relationship between community participation and education quality in case of vocational institute in Srisaket Province. The means comparative along with personal factor and the 21 item of questionnaires have been develop through the analysis of the national texts. The 348 respondents was collected and analyzed by statistic of means, standard deviation, and means different,t-test and F-test including Pearson’s correlation. The results show the relationship between community participation and education quality positive related in the same direction at high levels significantly 0.1. The means comparative represents the means different significantly at .05 divided by the elements of community participation to quality education. However, the scope and method including mechanism of community participation impact directly and indirectly on the implementation of vocational institute.
