Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการ สื่อสารโดย ใช้ บี-สลิม โมเดล สําหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริม ทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารโดย ใช้ บี-สลิม โมเดล สําหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านแม่ทะ จํานวน 20 คน ภาคเรียน ที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ หลักสูตรและคู่มือการใช้ หลักสูตรเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารโดยใช้ บี-สลิม โมเดล แบบทดสอบทักษะ การพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1.ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตร 1.1 หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นคือหลักสูตรเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร โดยใช้ บี-สลิม โมเดลสําหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ประกอบด้วย 11 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) ความนํา 2) หลักการของหลักสูตร 3) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 4) มาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ตัวชี้วัด 5) คําอธิบาย รายวิชา 6) ผลการเรียนรู้ 7) โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร 8) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 9) การจัดการ เรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร 10) สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ 11) การวัดและการประเมินผล 1.2 ในภาพรวมของหลักสูตรมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก( X= 4.21 S.D=0.67) และคู่มือ การใช้หลักสูตร (X= 4.40 S.D=0.60) 2. ผลใช้หลักสูตรเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร นักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารหลังเรียนสูงกว่าคะแนน ก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract: The purpose of this research were to: 1) development of an Enrichment Curriculum English speaking skills for communication by using B-Slim Model for Mathayomsuksa 3 students. 2) to examine the results after implement of development of an Enrichment Curriculum English speaking skills for communication by using B-Slim Model for Mathayomsuksa 3 students. The sample were 20 students of Mathayomsuksa 3 at BanMeatha School by simple random methods. The research instrument consisted of Curriculum and Guide for Enhancing English Speaking Skills for Communication using B-Slim Models and English Speaking Skills Test . The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation And t-test The findings were as follows: 1. The result of curriculun development and course quality assessment 1.1 The curriculum that is developed is the curriculum to enhance English speaking skills for communication using B-Slim model for students of Mathayomsuksa 3, consisting of 11 elements, namely 1) Introduction 2) Principles 3) Goals4) Learning Standards Indicators5) Description 6) Learning results 7) Structure and content of the curriculum 8) Learning activities 9) Learning management of the curriculum 10) Instructional Material and learning resources 11) Measurement and evaluation 1.2 The overall quality of the curriculum is at a high level (x = 4.21 S.D = 0.67) and the course manual (x = 4.40 S.D=0.60) 2. The result of using the curriculum to enhance English speaking skills for communication The Post-Test mean score of achievement was significant higher than the Pre-test mean score at the statistical at .05 level Keyword: curriculum development, quality of curriculum, B-Slim model
