Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the level of organizational trust and the level of work -related to morale of personnel, and 2) to study the relationship between organizational trust and the work -related to morale of the personnel. The samples used in the study were 344 personnel working in both private and government secondary schools in Yala. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, partial correlation coefficient and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results revealed that 1) The overall organizational trust of the personnel was at a high level while the work-related to morale of personnel was at a high level, and 2) The overall organizational trust positively correlated with the work-related to morale at the statistical significance level of .01 (r = .662). The facets of organizational trust: the intent of trust and the belief in trust, positively correlated with the work-related to morale of personnel at the statistical significance level of .01 (r = .442 and .392) respectively.
