Abstract:
The trend of real estate in present was lower than the last year. Because of some factors such as the lessened growth rate of economy's
Thailand and the expanded rate of interest, it made the housing business entrepreneurs adapt the strategy appropriately and be conformed
with present marketing situation. This research was to study of satisfaction's consumers toward each housing project of metropolitan district
in order to improve the disadvantages and develop the forms of housing project to consumer need. It was advantage for the housing business
entrepreneurs to develop the marketing strategy toward the consumer need.
The purpose of study was five fold : first, general information of samples, second the study of satisfaction level of factors affecting decision
making's customers to buy housing project, third, the study of satisfaction level of factors affecting decision making's consumers to buy
housing project according to consumer fourth, the comparation of satisfaction of factors affecting decision making's customers to buy housing
project and fifth the study of personal factors affecting satisfaction level of factors affecting decision making's customers to buy housing
project. The factors used in this study were the factors which the consumers decided to buy the housing project. The information was consumer
opinions of metropolitan district housing projects that satisfaction behind housing project decision making and how having well in. That results
of study was the way to develop the marketing strategy in housing business conforming with the customer need.
