Management Affecting the Effectiveness of Moderate Class More Knowledge Programme According to the Perception of Teachers under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the management affecting the
effectiveness of moderate class more knowledge programme and to develop the
prediction equations of management affecting the effectiveness of moderate class
more knowledge programme according to the perception of teachers under the
Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Population for this study consisted
of 1499 teachers and a sample of 306 from a simple random sampling method. Data
was collected by using a questionnaire with a 0.90 to 0.94 reliability value. The statistics
used in the analysis included mean, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation
coefficient with a statistical significance of 0.01. Test statistics included stepwise
multiple regression analysis.
The results of this research were as follows : managing of moderate class
more knowledge of school in overall were at a high level. Sorted in descending order
as follows : activity plan, evaluation activities, operation plan, and revision and
improvement activities. The effectiveness of the moderate class more knowledge of
school in overall were at a high level. Sorted in descending order as follows : mind
development activities, practical skill development activities, brain development
