Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare internal supervision under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, including internal supervision work performance of basic education schools. The research procedures included five steps as fallows: 1) the study of current circumstances, including problems and needs, 2) internal supervision plan, 3) the establishment of media and tools for internal supervision, 4) internal supervision operation, and 5) internal supervision evaluation. The sample consisted of 77 administrators and teachers from small-sized schools and 85 administrators and teacher from medium and large-sized schools under saraburi primary Educational Service Area off 2 in The academic year 2011, a total of 162. The instrument in This research was 50 items of five-point-rating scale questionnaire with confidence value of 0.92 The statistics used for analysis mean percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Independent).The results of the research were as follows:1. The Internal supervision under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as viewed by administrators and teachers, as a whole and for each aspect, was at high level. The mean score ranked from high to low were as fallows: the study of current circumstances, including problems and needs; internal supervision operation; and the establishment of media and tools for internal supervision.2.The result of comparison of internal supervision under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 revealed that the school administrators, performing their work in different sizes of schools, had the same lewel of internal supervision, which did not meet the hypothesis yet.
