Management of Student Development Activities to Enhance the 21st Century Skills of Schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educationarea Region 4
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is 1. to study the learner development activities management for reinforce student skills in 21st century. 2. To study recommendations of learner development activities management for reinforce student skills in 21st century of schools in Chiangrai Primary Educational Service area Office 4 were collected by using a questionnaire to 152 sample surveys. analyzed by using frequency,mean and standard deviation.Results of the study showed.
1. Overall the learner development activities management for reinforce student skills in 21st century is in high level. Considering each sides in The learner development activities management highest level is the moderate class, more knowledge activities,next on down are the student affairs and the community service, the least is the guidance activities. 2. The recommendations of the management of learner development activities for reinforce student skills in 21st century as follows should monitoring and control plan systematically and report operating results of guidance activities managing to community. Administrators should formulate policy and plan student affairs organization chart substantially: improve student affairs teacher to being understand in curriculum, teaching skills, having continual improvement to be Best Practice, encourage 21st century skilled activities: various environmental conservation and monitor and after action review: AAR.
