Abstract:
This research has a purpose that was to developing the model of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes. The research design consisted of 4 phases. In phase 1, a study of factor of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes by using a confirmatory factor analysis with the samples were 630 executives and lecturers in private higher education institutes. In phase 2, a study of factor and management process of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes by Interviewing 9 specialists. In phase 3, developing a model of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes, and checking its appropriateness of model through focus group discussion with 9 experts. In phase 4, evaluation of the usefulness and possibility of model through connoisseurship with 9 known group. The research findings showed that :1) Factors of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes has structural validity and consistency fitted the empirical data considering from its value as Chi-square = 5734.435, Degrees of Freedom = 3723, Chi-square/Degrees of Freedom = 1.540, Comparative Fit index (CFI) = 0.970, Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.035, Root Mean Square Error of Approximate (RMSEA) = 0.032 2) The model of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes is appropriate with 6 components including ; (1) principles (2) purpose (3) operation mechanism (4) management process (5) evaluation and (6) key success factor, 3) The model of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes has high possibility according to the experts. And 4) The result of evaluation of the model of educational management for developing educational quality of private higher education institutes has high feasibility and utility and was at a high level in general according to the known group.
