Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูของครูใน สถานศึกษาของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูของครูในสถานศึกษาของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูของครูในสถานศึกษาของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเอง รองลงมาคือ ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อผู้รับบริการ ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อสังคม และด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของครูในสถานศึกษาของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ .05

Abstract: This research aimed to 1) to study the performance abide by the code of ethics of the teachers in the public schools of the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 2) to compare the performance conforming to the code of ethics of teaching profession in the public schools of the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by gender, educational background, and work experience. The samples were consisted of 313 teachers from the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2. The instrument was the questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation, t-test statistics, and the One-Way Analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA). The major findings revealed that 1) the performance of the code of ethics of teaching profession in the public schools belonged to the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2 was generally at the high level. It was found that the average of commitment to oneself was at the highest level of individuals. The higher level was equal in value, namely, the commitment to the service recipients, the commitment to the colleague of teaching profession, the commitment to the society, and the commitment to the profession of the occupation. 2) The result of the comparative study of the performance conforming to the code of ethics of teaching profession in the public schools belonged to the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by gender, educational background, and work experience were distinctive statistically significantly at the .05 level.
