Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the knowledge management level of the schools under the supervision of Krabi local administrative organizations, and to provide suggestions to improve the knowledge management of the schools. The sample group consisted of 174 administrators and teachers. Questionnaires with the reliability level of 0.98 were used to collect the data. The statistics employed in analyzing the collected data were percentage, arithmetic means, and S.D.
The results of the study revealed :
1. The overall level of the knowledge management of the schools was found to be high in all aspects, especially in the area of systematizing knowledge.
2. The overall level of the problems found was low in average and in all aspects. The most critical problem was found to be learning.
3. Suggestions were that the schools should assign their vision, missions, and strategies clearly.
