Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) Study the development of information technology and
communication skills of Military Technical Student after by online learning 2) Compare
Information Technology and Communication Skills before and after by online learning and
3) Compare learning outcome of transducer and sensor in Industrial Electronics of Military
Technical Student before and after by online learning which was Pre-Experimental Research from
representative sample was Class 2nd Electronics Military Technical a classroom student 36
students by cluster random sampling, The sampling used learning management in the theories go
through the online class by Google Classroom learning management program with access to the
lesson activity data searching and online conversation and practice in classroom , The instrument
used 1) Online Lessons and Leaning Management Plans in Transducer and sensor units 2) 10
skills of Information Technology and Communication measurement in 50 items 3) Pre-test and
post-test in Transducer and sensor units, multiple choice type 30 items , All tools validate content
validity by 3 experts with IOC (Index of Item Objective Congruence) in between 0.67 - 1.00,
Reliability of Information Technology and Communication skills measurement is 0.95, Difficulty
of Pre-test and post-test in between 0.23 0.77 discrimination in between 0.20 0.87 and
Reliability is 0.75, Data were collected by the researcher by online learning in 4 weeks, Data
analysis used the mean (Ⴟ), standard deviation (S.D.) and developmental analysis use t-test and
compare skills and Pre-test and post-test use t-test The result showed 1) The students had good skills in information technology and
communication in all levels with the mean of 4.50 - 4.86 (S.D. between 0.35 0.91), The mean
was 4.80 (S.D. = 0.43) at very good level. 2) Students have measured the skills of information
technology and communication. Before the study, the statistical significance level was 0.01. and
3) Students had higher learning outcome than before learning at 0.01 level of significance.
