Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to evaluate of Burirum Rajabhat University Curriculum of Bachelor of Science Program in Mathematics (Rrvised Curriculum 2010) . Stufflebeams CIPP model was applied and used to assess four aspects of the curriculum: Context, input, process and product. The data wear collected from 10 curriculum committee, 65 permanent and special lecturers, 170 students, 26 graduates and 26 heads of company departments. The research tool was five-rating scale questionnaire. There are 3 types of questionnaire : check list, rating scale of 5 levels, and open-ended questions. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that :
1. Having assessed the curriculum, the curriculum committee, permanent and special lecturers, and students opined that curriculum appropriateness was overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, it show that appropriateness of the input was found at the average highest level, and was followed by context, process and product, respectively.
2. Having assessed the context, the appropriateness was overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that the courses and subjects were found at the average highest level, and were followed by curriculum objectives and curriculum structure, respectively.
3. Having assessed the input, the appropriateness was overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that lecturers characteristics were found at the average highest level, and were followed by students characteristics and readiness, instructional media, teaching, building and venues, respectively.
4. Having assessed the process, the appropriateness was overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that measurement and evaluations were found at the highest level, and were followed by curriculum administration and instructional management, respectively.
5. Having assessed the product, the appropriateness was overall found at a high level. Upon consideration each aspect, it showed that the intellectual skill were found moral, at the average highest level, followed by Interpersonal skill and responsibility, knowledge and skill, numerical analysis. Communication and information technology, respectively.
