Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study motivation and consumer satisfaction in tourism of Thai tourists in Satthaheep district, Chonburi province. The sample population is 400 Thai tourists who travel in Satthaheep district, Chonburi province. The statistics used in this research include Frequency, Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation, and One-way ANOVA. The results reveal that the sample were female counted as 59.2 percent, age 31 40 years counted as 71.8 percent, single counted as 53.8 percent, and Bachelor Degree graduation counted as 54.0 percent. The motivation and consumer satisfaction in tourism were viewed in high level. The hypothesis results found that personal factors had an effect on motivation and consumer satisfaction in tourism of Thai tourists in Satthaheep district, Chonburi province counted in statistical significance at 0.05.
