Abstract:
The objective of the study is studying the social capital management of strong community in Buriram province, studying the strategies of Buriram province that effect social capital management of strong community, studying the support factors and obstacle factors of social capital management of strong community in Buriram province and suggest the way to improve social capital management of strong community in Buriram province. This research used tomix methods research: qualitative research and quantitative research. In qualitative research, the researcher collected data by interview provincial administrator, scholar, district administrator, group leader, head and members of the community. The data was analysis by classifying data. In quantitative research, the researcher collected data by interview community leader, group committee and member of strong community from 379 representatives. Data analysis of this research is percentage, mean and standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient was used in this research. The result of the research found that there are three social capitals managements of strong community in Buriram province. The first one is human capital management. It consists of human capital management which providing data based on human capital and classifies work structure. The second is institute capital or saving production group management. It consists of 7 dimension managements. They are work principle, group objective, group activity, plan, budget and resource management, working structure and institute development. The last dimension is wisdom capital management. It consists of transfer wisdom, upgrade product of wisdom, and conserve wisdom. There are five strategies that effect social capital management of strong community: economy strategy , the social and quality of life strategy, the natural resources and environment strategy, the maintain peace and stability strategy, and the management strategy. The management strategy consists of 6 principles: leadership, participation, coordination, management, supporting from other department, and capability development. The way to manage social capital of strong community in Buriram province is human ability development. The way to support social capital or saving production group is wisdom development
