Abstract: บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1) เพื่อออกแบบระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะ (2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะ (3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะ วิธีการพัฒนาระบบมี 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะวางแผน ระยะการวิเคราะห์ ระยะการออกแบบ ระยะการสร้างและพัฒนา ผลการพัฒนาระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะ (1) ระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะสามารถใช้งานระบบได้ทุกระบบปฏิบัติการ (2) ระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนของนักศึกษาซึ่งสามารถใช้งานระบบ การล็อคอิน การได้รับคำแนะนำด้านการศึกษาทั้งตารางเรียน ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนงานใหม่ผ่านทางอีเมล์ ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนคาบการเรียนล่วงหน้าก่อนที่จะถึงเวลาเรียนผ่านทางอีเมล์ และส่วนของอาจารย์ผู้สอนสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลตารางสอน ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนคาบการสอนล่วงหน้าก่อนถึงเวลาสอนผ่านทางอีเมล์ แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารแก่นักศึกษา หรือสั่งงานใหม่แก่นักศึกษา (3) ประสิทธิภาพของระบบแนะนำข้อมูลการศึกษาอัจฉริยะโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( 𝑥̅ = 4.50, S.D. = 0.55) ด้านความสามารถในหน้าที่การทำงานของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี ( 𝑥̅ = 4.29, S.D. = 0.72) ด้านความถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( 𝑥̅ =4.50, S.D. = 0.55) ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับดี ( 𝑥̅ = 4.33, S.D. = 0.52) ด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( 𝑥̅ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.58) และประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( 𝑥̅ = 4.46, S.D. = 0.08)

Abstract: The research was design and development of Intelligent Recommender System. The purposes of this research were (1) to design the Intelligent Recommender System of Education for Educational Information ( 2) to develop the Intelligent Recommender System of Education for Educational Information and ( 3) to evaluate performance of Intelligent Recommender System of Education for Educational Information. This research was divided into 4 phases, i.e. planning phase, analysis phase, design phase and implementation phase. The results show that (2) in term of student, they can log in and get any information, for example, students’ schedules, education information and get notification about new task or schedule before the time by an e-mail. In term of instructor, they can fix or prepare schedule and get notification about schedule before the time by an e-mail, they also can inform or assign new task for student. ( 3) The performance, which was classified into 5 categories, was evaluated by 3 experts. (1) The efficiency in very good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.50, S.D = 0.55) (2) The working ability in good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.29, S.D = 0.72) (3) The accuracy in very good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.50, S.D = 0.55) (4) The convenience of using in good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.33, S.D = 0.52) and (5) The safety in very good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.67, S.D = 0.58) and for overall in good level ( 𝑥̅ = 4. 46, S. D = 0. 08) . The performance of this system was effective.
