Abstract:
This study aimed to: 1) assess the efficiency in educational facilitation for all by Pattani Community College and; and 2) develop strategies on the educational facilitation for all in terms of 5 aspects of concerned administration: policy management, curriculum, teaching/learning facilitation, educational resource management, and personnel. The quantitative sample group consisted of 360 educational service users and the qualitative on were 14 concerned personnel in the educational facilitation by Pattani Community College.
Results of the study revealed that, as a whole, the efficiency in educational facilitation for all was found at a high level this was based on the following : 1) task management policy (X̅ = 4.33), 2) curriculum (X̅ = 4.19), 3) teaching/learning facility (X̅ = 4.19), 4) educational resource management (X̅ = 4.12), and 5) personal (X̅ = 4.16).
Regarding the strategies on educational facilitation by Pattani Community College, the following were found: 1) improvement of managerial administration system to support the educational facilitation for all and knowledge/understanding of its philosophy as well as annual budget planning; 2) the elevation of educational facilitation for all by expanding target groups, increasing curricular programs, providing, educational services outside the campus; and 3) coordination with concerned alliances, and public/private sectors.
