Public satisfaction toward the implementation of strategic plans by Sala Lumduan sub-district administrative organization, Amphoe Muang, Sa-Kaeo province
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to compare the level of public satisfaction toward the implementation of strategic plans performed by Sala Lumduan Sub-district Administrative Organization, located in Amphoe Muang, Sa-Kaeo Province. There were 385 people participating in this study. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire, asking a public satisfactory level. It comprised a 5-interval rating scale and open-ended suggestions with a power of discrimination of .49-.82, and the level of confidence of .95. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA. To test the differences between pairs, LSD was operated. The results of the study revealed that the subjects showed a high level of satisfaction toward the implementation of strategic plans performed by Sala Lumduan Sub-district Administrative Organization, Amphoe Muang, Sa-Kaeo Province. Specifically, they were satisfied at a high level with the development of water resources, economy and society, politics and administration, natural resources and environment, infrastructure, education, religion, and culture. Based on the results from the comparison, it was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction toward the implementation of strategic plans performed by Sala Lumduan Sub-district Administrative Organization among the subjects with different gender, educational level, and occupation.Finally, a statistically significant difference in the level of satisfaction toward the implementation of strategic plans was found among the subjects with different age at a significant level of 0.05.
