Abstract: The instructional package on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) by applying theories of theConstructionism and the Structure of Intellect, the SI model, was well developed under control ofthe experts. The package and the achievement test items were tried out with 15 students of the3rdyear students of vocational program at the Machine Shop Section, Kanchanaburi TechnicalCollege. After making of The correction and appropriate selection of test items, the experimentstage was conducted with 28 of new group of vocational certificate program, 3rd year students, whoregistered for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) course. The results of data analysis revealed thatthe theoretical efficiency was 91.15/83.48 which was higher than the set criterion of 80/80 withlearning efficiency index of 0.75 or 75% which was higher than the criterion of 0.50 or 50%. For thepractice part of the package, the efficiency was 91.88/92.14 which was higher than the set criterionof 90/90. The instruction package on Computer Numerical Control (CNC), therefore, could help thestudents to achieve higher learning efficiency.
