Abstract:
การวิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนของผลประโยชน์ต่อเงินลงทุน (B-C ratio) และผลตอบแทนภายในของโครงการ (IRR) พบว่า ระบบประปาภูเขาเป็นระบบที่เหมาะสมที่จะลงทุนมากที่สุด มีค่า B-C ratio เท่ากับ 24.29 ค่า IRR เท่ากับ 24.99 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ในขณะที่ระบบระบบประปาบาดาลขนาดใหญ่ และระบบประปาผิวดินขนาดใหญ่ มีค่า B-C ratio และ IRR เท่ากับ 2.49, 3.71 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ 3.38, 4.88 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบผลประโยชน์ที่เพิ่มขึ้น กับเงินลงทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้นของระบบประปาบาดาลขนาดใหญ่ กับระบบประปาภูเขา ได้ค่าอัตราส่วนเท่ากับ 0.4587 เช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระบบประปาผิวดินขนาดใหญ่ กับระบบประปาภูเขาได้ค่าอัตราส่วนเท่ากับ 0.5617 ซึ่งเป็นการยืนยันว่าระบบประปาภูเขาเป็นระบบที่เหมาะสมที่สุด"
Abstract:
The analysis of benefit-cost ratio and internal rate of return revealed that the mountain water supply system is the most suitable system for investment. The systems benefit-cost ratio is 24.69 IRR value is 24.99 per cent. The large scale artesian water supply system and the large scale surface water supply system, the value of benefit cost ratio and IRR are 2.49, 3.71 per cent and 3.38, 4.88 per cent respectively. When comparing the marginal benefit and marginal cost between the mountain water supply system and the large scale artesian water supply system, the ratio is equal to 0.4587. It is also the same, when comparing the marginal benefit and marginal cost between the mountain water supply system and the large scale surface water supply system, the ratio is equal to 0.5671. The result of this comparison supported the mountain water supply system is the most suitable system
