Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the people's opinions towards the services of Satuk Subdistrict Municipality in Satuk District, Buriram Province in 3 aspects: personnel, buildings, task system. The samples were 368 people who are at least 18 years old, selected by using the Table of Krejcie & Morgan, and accident sampling technique, respectively. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, S-rating scale, and open-ended form with its reliability at 0.9550. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings were as follows:
1. The people's opinions towards the services of Satuk Subdistrict Municipality in Satuk District, Buriram Province both as a whole and at each aspect were at "high" levels. The ranking from the highest to the lowest mean scores were buildings, task system, and personnel, respectively.
2. The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were the service hours should be added such as holidays or day breaks, followed by the service channels should be operated for providing outside tax services and mobile municipality should be more provided, respectively.
