Abstract:
The purposes of this study was to examine opinions among participants towards the trainings organized by a Learning Center for Sufficiency Economy of the Task Force Soldiers Marines and to compare their level of opinions as classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation, and amount of income. The data were collected from 186 people completing a questionnaire. The descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation, was administered. To test the research hypotheses, the tests of t-test and One-way ANOVA were employed. The results of the study revealed that the majority of the respondents were male, aged 50 onwards. Most of them were agriculturalists growing perennial plants, holding a lower secondary school certificate, and earning 5,001-10,000 baht per month. Also, it was found that the subjects expressed the highest level of opinions towards the trainings. Specifically, the aspect in relation to monitoring was rated the highest, followed by the aspects of organizational management, planning, and directing. All of these aspects were rated at the highest level. Finally, based on the tests of hypotheses, there were no statistically significant different differences in the level of opinions among the subjects with different gender, age, occupation, educational level, and amount of income.
