Abstract:
This research served the purposes ; to analyze elements of learning
managements competency of teachers under Roi Et Provincial Nonformal and
Informal Education Center and to study the level of learning managements
competency of teachers under Roi Et Provincial Nonformal and Informal Education
Center. The samples comprised 200 teachers at the preceding centers attached to
Roi Et Provincial Nonformal and Informal Education Center. Samples were set
through Krejcie & Morgans table. The data collection instrument constructed by the
author was one set of questionnaires for eliciting information on capabilities of their
leaning managements at their centers, in which its reliability of the whole questions
was at 0.82. using exploratory factor analysis for data analysis.
The research have found the following findings:
1. Results of analyzing elements regarding teachers learning management
capabilities related to indicators of their learning capability suitable for them at their
centers can be divided into eight elements, comprised of 36 sub-headings in all: 1)
utilizing results of learners evaluation, comprised of one sub-heading; 2) measuring
and evaluating their learning managements, 5 sub-headings; 3) drawing up learning
arrangement plans, 4 sub-headings; 4) developing learners, 5 sub-headings; 5)
arranging learning activities, 10 sub-headings; 6) developing learning arrangement
plans, 10 sub-headings, 7) creating learning settings, six sub-headings; 8) developing
curricula, five sub-headings.
2. The level of learning management competency of teachers under Roi Et
Provincial Nonformal and Informal Education Center has been found rated at the
high scale.
