Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the academic leadership of school administrators of
outstanding sub-district schools under Sisaker Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and to compare this case. They were classified by education qualification and work experience. The samples in this study consisted of 234 teachers in the academic year 2015,specified by Krejcie and Morgans tables and selected by a quota random sampling technique.The instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.987. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency,percentage,mean,and standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and one-way ANOVA via Scheffes test. The results of this research were as follows:
1. The academic leadership of school administrators of outstanding sub-district schools
according to teachers opinion was overall at a high level. Taking each aspect into consideration, it was also found that all aspects were at a high level. In addition, it was found that understanding of teaching approach was ranked first, followed by supervision and monitoring. And teachers innovation support, respectively.
2. The comparison of the academic leadership of school administrators of outstanding
sub-district schools according to opinions of teachers with different education qualifications was overall not different. Taking each aspect into consideration, all aspects were overall not different.
3. The comparison of this case according to opinions of teachers with different work
experiences was overall not different.
