Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study opinions of administrators, teacher responsible for information technology and teacher teaching use of information technology and communication of Buriram Province Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education, and 2) to compare their opinions on this issue. They were classified by using positions and educational levels. The sample consisted of 23 administrators, 23 teachers responsible for information technology, and 124 teachers teaching the information technology use. They were selected by employing Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with five parts: checklist, five-ration scale and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.96. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and F-test. Moreover, the paired differences were tested by using a Scheffes method. The findings were as follows:
1. The samples opinion on the state of using information technology and communication of Buriram Province Office of the Non-formal and Education were at a high level in overall and each aspect.
2. The opinions on this issue of the sample with different positions were not significantly different in overall and each aspect. However, administration and management was significantly different at .01 level while other aspects were not found different.
3. The opinions on this issue of the sample with different educational levels were not significantly different in overall and each aspect.
4. The following recommendations were mostly made by the sample: Adequate computer should be provided for students at the center. The additional training in the use of computers and the internet should be organized. And adequate computers peripherals for supporting works should also be provided.
