Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study opinions of teachers on learning management of the office of buriram Non-Formal and Informal Education and compare their opinions on this issue. They were classified by their genders and work experience. The simple consisted of 217 teachers, selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The instrument was a set of questionnaires with three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale and open-ended questions with the reliability as 0.96. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA. Moreover, Scheffes method was employed to compare each pair of the differences. The research results revealed that:
1. Learning management of the teachers at the Office of Buriram Non-Formal and Informal Education according to the simples opinions was found at s high level in overall and each aspect.
2. Having compared opinions of the informants with different genders, the learning management was not different in overall aspect. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that the curriculum was significantly different at the statistical level of .05 while the aspect of community curriculum was significantly different at the statistical level of .01 but other aspects were not found different.
3. Having compared opinions of the informants with different work experience, the learning management was not different in overall and each aspect.
